Privacy Policy

We collect only what an operator needs to quote your journey: pick up, destination, group size, travel date and your contact details. We pass those to the operators we approach on your behalf, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we record the pick up location, destination, passenger count, travel date, your name, and your phone number or email address. We also record the page you submitted from, which tells us which parts of the site are useful.

Why we collect it

Solely to obtain quotes for your journey. Without the trip details an operator cannot price the work, and without contact details they cannot reach you with the quote.

Who we share it with

The licensed operators we approach to quote your journey, and nobody else. We do not sell enquiry data to third parties or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for twelve months so we can help if a question arises about a booking, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@minibushirewithdriver.uk and we will act within one month.
