About Minibus Hire With Driver

Minibus Hire With Driver is a UK comparison and enquiry service. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. We take your trip details once and pass them to licensed operators who genuinely cover your route, so you can compare real quotes.

Why we publish prices

Every other site in this market hides pricing behind a quote form. We think that is the wrong way round. If you cannot see a price you cannot judge whether a quote is fair, so we publish indicative bands built from published UK operator rates and tell you plainly that they are guidance rather than a quote. If a quote you receive falls outside them, you now have something to push back with.

How the service works

You tell us the pick up, destination, group size and date. We match that to operators covering the route and they quote you directly. You choose one, or none. There is no account to create and no obligation.

How we make money

Operators pay us for the enquiry, not you. That is worth saying openly because it explains our incentive: we are paid when an operator receives a genuine enquiry, so sending you to an operator who cannot serve your route helps nobody.

What we do not do

We do not own or maintain vehicles. We do not employ drivers. We do not set operator prices and cannot guarantee a specific quote. We do not arrange self drive minibus rental, which is a different service requiring a D1 licence category of your own.

Common questions

Are you a minibus operator?

No. We are a comparison and enquiry service. Vehicles and drivers belong to licensed operators, and your contract for the journey is with them.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Operators pay for the enquiry, not you. There is no account to create and no obligation to book.

Do you arrange self drive minibus rental?

No. Self drive is a different service and normally requires a D1 category on your own licence. We only arrange hire with a driver supplied.
